The first TIME Forum brought together 3,500 participants from Russia and India.
Its business programme featured 93 experts across 15 thematic sessions. Participants in the second forum will have an opportunity to lay the foundations for joint projects and explore broad prospects for cooperation between Russia and India.

Diwali is one of India’s largest and most vibrant traditional festivals. The name comes from the Sanskrit words dipa(“light”) and avali (“row”), with the lighting of oil lamps, or diyas, serving as the culmination of the traditional celebrations. The cultural programme includes music and dance, Indian cuisine and traditional ceremonies.
